Quantitative Managers
GRT Capital Partners, LLC has assembled a quantitative team consisting of four experienced and successful quantitative investment managers.
This team works to innovate, improve and assist on all of the quantitative products within the firm. While one manager is generally assigned to each fund, the other members of the team are available to support the lead manager whenever necessary.
The GRT United Alpha Quantitative funds team is lead by John DeTore, and consists of:
John DeTore, who previously served as the Quantitative Research Director at both Wellington Management and Putnam Investments. At Putnam, Mr. DeTore helped realign the $70 billion smaller cap line-up and helped structure an initiative into international equities that became among the most successful in the industry.
Greg Fraser who previously managed the $6 billion Fidelity Diversified International Fund, using a unique blend of quantitative and fundamental techniques.
Tim Krochuk who previously managed $1.5 billion in the Fidelity Small Cap Selector, Fidelity Small Cap America, and the Fidelity TechnoQuant funds. Mr. Krochuk was also responsible for the development and implementation of over $20 billion in quantitative assets at Fidelity Investments.
Bob Kuo who previously managed $3.2 billion in the Fidelity Stock Selector Fund, Fidelity Investments International Trust Accounts, and Fidelity Investments Canada Sub-Accounts. Mr. Kuo was also responsible for the development and implementation of over $20 billion in quantitative assets at Fidelity Investments.
